Upper School Modern Language Teacher

Cincinnati Country Day School’s Upper School Modern Languages Department is seeking applicants for a long-term leave from August 14 through October 20. The teaching load will include five sections of Spanish: One section of Spanish II, two sections of Honors Spanish II, and two sections of Spanish Conversation (level 4/5). Tablet Program Support Specialist

Cincinnati Country Day School seeks for the 2016-17 school year a new member of the technology team who will be an energetic, creative collaborator within the team. Primary duties will include collaborating with our Network Administrator for Infrastructure Support/Maintenance and Help Desk duties that support all users in our powerful learning environment. Duties will be assigned by the director of technology and include but are not limited to the following:

Infrastructure

Network/server maintenance-troubleshooting-support
Security system support
A/V Support for cameras-projectors-flatscreens

Help Desk

Responsible for Help Desk Main Phone and Email accounts
Parent tech support
Troubleshooting and remediation of hardware and software issues
Re-Imaging
Data recovery
Wifi access for guests, faculty and staff and student connectivity
Database requests
Faculty, Staff and Student User Support via Software use, workflows and integration.

The successful applicant will be creative, have good problem solving skills, and will be able to function effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a diversity of tasks and evolving priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong and patient communicator both in person and electronically. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and facility with Microsoft Windows, Office and Office 365. Experience in a similar position in a school setting is preferred, but not required.

Afterschool Teacher

After School Teacher

The Lower School is seeking a professional, energetic, and dedicated individual to work in our After School Program serving children 18 months – Grade 4. This positive and creative individual should possess effective communication and problem solving skills and be experienced working with children in a similar setting. If you enjoy working with children in a fun, friendly and supportive environment, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and organizing the daily program
  • Supervise students in all activities
  • Establish positive relationships with students and parents

Coaches - Middle School

The middle school athletic department is always seeking individuals interested in coaching middle school athletic teams. The middle school program offers multiple choices for 7th and 8th grade students in Fall, Winter, and Spring. Candidates should be self-motivated, knowledgeable of their sport, organized and have the ability to lead and foster love of sports in middle school athletes. Coaches will be responsible for planning daily practices, proctoring game day study halls, coaching at all matches/games, working with co-coaches, and communicating regularly with parents and athletic director. Sport Teams:

Fall: Cross Country, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Golf, and Girls Tennis

Winter: Swimming, Gymnastics, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling, General Fitness and Agility Program

Spring: Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Fastpitch Softball, Baseball, Track and Field, Boys Tennis
