- Lower and Elementary School building for Pre-Kindergarten/Montessori through grade 5 that includes classrooms, science lab, music and foreign language rooms, auditorium, and library
- 514-seat theater, with a set shop, professional lighting, and a stage-rigging pit
- Dramatically designed visual arts studio and loft equipped with darkroom and digital imaging area
