We look forward to having your family as part of the Country Day community. Students enrolled during the academic year will need to have various forms on file in the divisional, nurse's, and business offices.

For a complete list of tuition and fee charges, visit our tuition and fees chart. You can view the optional fees by grade below. All financial information for both returning and new students can be found in the Enrollment Information brochure.

In the right sidebar, you will find information on our tuition insurance plan, payment plans, health form, and transportation options. Below you will find the information pertaining to your child's grade/program.Information will be periodically updated between January 1 and August 1.

Tuition Refund Plan (Insurance)

The Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) provides parents with the opportunity to minimize financial loss in the event of student withdrawal or dismissal. The cost of the plan is 3.4% of the annual tuition fee. Families who wish to participate in this plan must indicate so on the Enrollment Contract. Country Day's Business Office will bill interested families for the plan and payment must be received before the first day of school. Other details can be found at www.tuitionrefundplan.com.

Tuition Payment Plans

FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing allows families the opportunity to manage their monthly tuition payments to the School. The two-payment and ten-payment plan options will be outlined in the enrollment contract.. To set-up your payment plan or to view and update your payment online, visit FACTS.

Health Forms

Students are required to have medical records on file in the our Nurse's Office prior to their first day of attendance. All students need to have the following forms:

Students participating in athletics from grades 7-12, must also have this form completed and on file with our Athletic Department:

Transportation

Various local school districts provide yellow bus service to Country Day. There is also a private bus for Mason/West Chester area families. For more information visit our transportation page.
