Arts Boosters

Arts Boosters is a group of parent volunteers dedicated to enriching the arts experience of all CCDS students. Raising monies through membership dues and fundraising events, Arts Boosters allocates grants from the Lower to the Upper School, providing a variety of enrichment activities.

One of our major projects was the volunteer and financial support of a professional artist-in-residence, also funded in part by the Ohio Arts Council. This collaborative project resulted in the installation of multiple pieces of student art which now adorn the Dining Terrace. In addition, Arts Boosters has funded the Mad Cap Puppet Theater, performances at the symphony and ballet, the Upper School Thespian Society, and InWords, a CCDS literary publication, to name a few.

Along with funding, Arts Boosters provides substantial volunteer support to the arts faculty throughout the school year.
