Upper School Athletics

Cincinnati Country Day School is a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and competes in the Miami Valley Conference (MVC). The athletic program consists of 22 sports and over 50 teams at different levels. The school has a tradition of athletic excellence while at the same time having a “no-cut” policy that allows all students to participate. Over 90% of the student body will participate in at least one sports season during the year, and 25% of the senior class will participate in at least 8 seasons during their high school career.

Over the last 16 years, CCDS athletic teams have won 68 MVC Championships, 28 Sectional Championships, 25 District Championships, 4 Regional Championships, 5 State Championships, 3 Youth National Championships, and 4 students have been recognized as All-Americans. The CCDS Rowing team has competed against the best scholastic teams in the United States, and as well as participating in the prestigious Henley Royal Regatta in Oxfordshire, England.
