Wildman, Hirsch Finish 2nd & 3rd in State Tennis Championships
Sophomore Patrick Wildman won his semifinal match against senior Matt Wareti but lost in the championship round to 18 year-old Maksim Kan to finish runner-up. Freshman Asher Hirsch dropped his semifinal match to Kan but defeated senior Wareti to take 3rd place.
Tomorrow, the tennis team competes for the team title. It will be the first time in histroy that team from CCDS will play for the championship. The future of tennis looks bright at Country Day.
