Submit An Item

To submit an event, date, or a bulletin board item, please follow the instructions below.

1. Use the form below to submit information to the Broadcast Newsletter for Coming Events, In This Issue, or Bulletin Board.
2. The submission deadline is 5 pm each Monday for the following week (or if you have a URL that you want us to create - by 9 am on Monday.)
3. Broadcasts will be sent as soon as possible after each 5 pm Monday deadline.
4. Coming Events can be posted no earlier than six weeks prior to the event date.
5. Items for In This Issue are limited to two postings. The dates are at the discretion of the person submitting.
6. Bulletin Board items will run on a separate site for one month or until the date expires.
7. Please submit photographs in a separate email to javensr@countryday.net.
8. Please submit questions or comments about the site to javensr@countryday.net.
