College Counseling

The goal of Cincinnati Country Day School's College Counseling Program is to help all students matriculate at colleges where they will prosper and from which they will emerge prepared to lead a productive and satisfying life.

Our program begins with brief meetings in the freshman and sophomore years and builds to intensive work in the junior and senior years. Our fall college fair and college night information sessions for parents and students bring a rich array of college opportunities to our families. Throughout, counselors strive to give as much one-on-one assistance as possible and to build relationships with students that will inform and enhance college decision-making.

Students are allowed to attend these information sessions only with prior notification to the teachers of the classes they will be missing. See the upcoming list of college representative visits located in the side bar. In addition to individual college visits, students are also encouraged to attend the Cincinnati Suburban College Fair held every fall at CCDS. Typically, there are more than 170 colleges in attendance.
