Socioeconomic Diversity

As part of an effort to attract outstanding individuals and broaden the socioeconomic diversity of the school community, Country Day offers tuition assistance to students in Kindergarten through grade 12 whose families qualify on the basis of need. Parents must submit the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) and a copy of their most recent Federal Income Tax Return complete with all schedules. The PFS can be obtained through the Admission Office. New families applying for tuition aid must file the PFS by December 15. Returning families must file the PFS by January 1.

Nearly 39% of the total student body receives some type of tuition assistance to attend CCDS with over $4.5 being awarded each year. Our goal is to make Country Day affordable to all admissible students through the awarding of merit and need-based assistance programs.
