Statebound! The Girls Soccer Team Heads to State!

The girls varsity soccer team has advanced to the state championship game after the 4-0 victory on November 7 over Madeira in the state semifinals! The match was the team’s 5th consecutive shut-out of the tournament, and Coach Hirschauer has led the Nighthawks to five state championship games in six years – a historic achievement! GAME DETAILS The Nighthawks will play Ottawa-Glandorf for the OHSAA Division III State title on Friday, November 10 in Columbus, Ohio. Kick-off is at 7:00 p.m. at Historic Crew Stadium, located at 1 Black And Gold Blvd, Columbus, OH 43211. GAME TICKETS We encourage our entire Nighthawk nation to cheer on our girls soccer team in Columbus! Tickets will be distributed to Upper School students, faculty, and staff tomorrow (Thursday) at lunch next to the Dining Terrace. Limited quantities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Middle School students and Lower School students making the trip to Columbus can pick up a free ticket from Mr. Zimmerman and Nati the Nighthawk between 6:15-6:30 p.m. Friday at the South Entrance to the stadium. Others wishing to obtain tickets can purchase them online at State Tournament Tickets (ohsaa.org). Tickets are $16 for adults and $13 for students. Children ages 5 and under are free.
