Tuition Assistance Forms
The Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) is the cornerstone of the need-based tuition assistance process at Country Day. The online form is designed to be clear and user friendly. You need to complete only one PFS to apply to multiple schools, and you need to complete only one PFS for all of the children applying to Country Day. The PFS can be found, completed, and submitted electronically at sss.nais.org.
The Founders Scholarship is Country Day’s premier merit-based assistance program. Student must apply for admission to Country Day and submit an additional recommendation from someone who knows the applicant well and can attest to their academic and extracurricular pursuits as well as character. A copy of the Founders Scholar recommendation can be found here.
