Tuition Payment Plans
A non-refundable advance deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of enrollment. Tuition and other fees are billed prior to the beginning of each semester. Parents should designate the payment plan of their choice on the Enrollment Contract. The fact that school fees are paid in two or more installments does not constitute a fractional contract.
Tuition and other fees are paid in two installments. The first is due by August 1 and the second by December 1. The school charges interest on any unpaid balance as of 30 days past these due dates at the rate of 1.5 percent per month until the account is paid in full. The school may transfer those accounts that are not paid within 30 days to Plan C and assess the application and service fees on a prorated basis.
FACTS tuition management service offers a plan that involves monthly installments beginning May and ending February. There is no service charge with this plan, but an application fee is required at the time the application is submitted to FACTS. This is a required plan for all financial aid recipients. The application deadline for the prepayment plan is March 31.
This plan enables parents to pay the tuition in ten installments beginning August and ending May. An application fee is required at the time the application is submitted to FACTS and an annual CCDS service fee of $300, which is added to the total of all payments, and incorporated into the monthly bill.
