Tuition Payment Plans

A non-refundable advance deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of enrollment. Tuition and other fees are billed prior to the beginning of each semester. Parents should designate the payment plan of their choice on the enrollment contract. The fact that school fees are paid in two or more installments does not constitute a fractional contract.

Several tuition payment options are available to all families through VCPay Tuition Management. Applicable service and processing fees are applied.

Plan Details

Country Day will accept pre-paid tuition for future school years, but any earnings on the balance held by Country Day will be deposited to the general fund and will not accrue to the student billing account.

Country Day partners with VCPay Tuition Management to allow families the opportunity to manage their monthly tuition payments to the school. To set-up your payment plan or to view and update your payment online, you must be an enrolled student (new or current) and have access to the Parent Portal.
