Ohio EdChoice Vouchers

We do not accept state funds because we go above and beyond what the EdChoice program offers your family. Simply put: Because we are an independent school, we can offer more aid than the voucher but with less state control. Here’s why and how our program works better for Country Day families.

Our tuition aid programs are more generous than the total voucher dollars you may be eligible for.

We have numerous need- and merit-based scholarship programs beginning in kindergarten through grade 12, and each year we award $6.5M in all types of assistance. While your voucher maxes out at $8,400, wouldn’t you be interested in merit- or need-based scholarship programs that could cover up to three times that amount in tuition costs? Learn more about these programs here.

Our independence and innovative approach to learning are not compromised.

The appeal of an independent school and our innovative, hands-on, and dynamic teaching and learning approaches are very different than those of a public or religiously affiliated school. Wouldn’t you prefer your child to develop a love of learning, independent thinking skills, and self-discovery opportunities rather than learn according to state mandates and parameters? Our parents, students, and community are educational partners.

Our programs are designed to meet the needs of today’s students, in strong partnership with parents, and aligning with current best practices in education. Wouldn’t you want to help shape your child’s educational journey and trust in professionals who understand education? Learn more about our productive partnerships and community here.

We believe school choice is important. Should you choose a Country Day education, you will partner with us - not a government entity - to make that choice a reality. Inquire today to learn more about Country Day.
