Meet the Staff
Our Admission Office is excited to work with your family throughout the admission process. There are a variety of times to visit campus during a group program or personally designed individual visit . Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best admission application and visit process possible.
The Admission Office also provides additional assistance to your family in the areas of need- and merit- based tuition aid, busing, new student registration, new family social events, summer work, transition and retention programming, and even relocation assistance. Below you will find a listing of our staff and the groups they assist:

Jennie Bedel, Associate Director of Admission
Early Childhood - Grade 4
|Jennie Bedel has worked at Country Day since 2004 as the Associate Director of Admission and has experience in both independent school and college admission. She works with Lower School families as well as helps parents with the need-based tuition assistance process. She enjoys getting to know the parents of our youngest children and seeing the children develop a love of learning throughout the Lower School experience. She also looks forward to attending school performances, observing student presentations, and occasionally assisting in the classroom and on field trips.|
Elizabeth Habig, Assistant Director of Admission
Grades 5 - 12
|Elizabeth Habig has more than 10 years of Independent School admission experience. She joined the Country Day community in 2010 as Assistant Director of Admission, and she is also the parent of two Lower School students. Elizabeth oversees admission for the Middle School and Upper School and assists with financial aid, specifically the merit-based scholars program. She enjoys getting to know students through her administration of the Student Host Program and participation in the Middle School’s annual “Make-a-Difference Day. ”|
Aaron B. Kellenberger, Director of Enrollment Management
Aaron has worked at Country Day since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience working in admission at the primary, secondary, and collegiate levels. He enjoys meeting with parents and students at all levels, from 18 months to 18 years, and specifically the population of international students. His favorite part of Country Day is seeing the excitement and hearing the enthusiasm of his two children as they arrive to campus each day to meet their friends, be greeted by teachers, and to attend Wednesday morning sing-a-longs.
