Performance Training

Cincinnati Country Day School is pleased to have the CCDS Performance Training Program.  This program focuses on the physical and mental preparation for our high school student-athletes.  It will be run year-round, working with our varsity teams throughout their competitive seasons and helping them undertake important foundation work during the off-season.

Sports Performance Coach: John Conner                    

CCDS ConnerCoach Conner is a Lakota West graduate and played division 1 football at the University of Kentucky. Drafted in the fifth round by the New York Jets in 2010, he later played for the New York Giants and the Cincinnati Bengals. Coach Conner has been coaching at Country Day since 2015,  after previously coaching the running backs at CHCA. He is a sports performance trainer and in his spare time enjoys fishing, working out, watching movies, traveling, and dining out.

Weight Room Schedule: 
(For all out-of-season athletes; in-season athletes should check with their coaches.)

Monday – Thursday
3:45 – 5:30 p.m.
Weight training and speed/agility work will be completed each day
