US Advanced Placement Chemistry student, Eashwar Kantemneni '20, recently competed in the annual National Chemistry Olympiad. Out of the 114 AP Chemistry students who competed from Southwestern Ohio in the first round, Eashwar earned 4th place and a cash prize of $125! In advancing to the next round of the competition, he will be required to take a challenging five-hour test that includes a lab practical. Eashwar was recognized at a dinner ceremony sponsored by the Cincinnati section of the American Chemical Society on April 24. Congratulations to Eashwar and teacher Paula Butler!
