Welcome to the Cincinnati Country Day School Parents’ Association! The Parents’ Association (PA) is committed to building a strong and inclusive parent community dedicated to creating connections through parent support, teacher support, and community events. Every parent of a CCDS student is a member of the Parents’ Association. Throughout the year, our officers and grade-level representatives keep families informed, foster connections, and provide meaningful ways to participate in the community.

Events and Programs
Welcome Coffee
Begin the year by connecting with other CCDS parents and learning more about PA events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to become involved in the school community. The welcome coffee will be Friday, September 11th, from 8-9:30 a.m.
CentennialFest
This is a special mash-up event to kick off our centennial year on Friday, August 28, from 3:15–6:45 p.m.! Community Night meets FallFest for this free CCDS community event, which includes a cookout, games, inflatables, a bake sale, and giveaways, following by a community dinner. Before the varsity football home opener, Middle School and Upper School students can join a dance party, and everyone can stop by the Spirit Shack to get game ready.
Parent Connections Series
The Parent Connection Series offers casual opportunities for parents to gather, learn, and enjoy time together. Programs may include workshops, recreational activities, and other experiences designed to bring parents together. Parents interested in hosting a Parent Connection event are encouraged to email CCDSParentsAssociation@gmail.com.
Parent Socials
The PA hosts a parent social for each grade to help families build connections within their child’s class. These relaxed gatherings are a wonderful way to meet other parents and strengthen relationships across the grade.
Speaker Series and Parent Programs
The PA partners with school leaders to host educational programs and conversations for parents. These events offer opportunities to explore timely topics, hear from engaging speakers, and connect with others in the CCDS community.
Multicultural Night
Celebrate the many cultures and traditions represented within our community through food, fashion, music, performances, and family activities on Thursday, February 4.
Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week
Each spring, the PA leads a weeklong celebration of the extraordinary faculty and staff who support our children every day. Families help us express our gratitude through catered meals, thoughtful gifts, festive activities, and other special gestures of appreciation, May 4-7.

Supporting the Parents’ Association can be as easy as shopping for groceries. When you connect your Kroger Plus Card to Cincinnati Country Day School, Kroger contributes a percentage of eligible purchases to the PA at no additional cost to you.
