Marisol Allison |
Marisol Allison has first-hand lacrosse experience, having played the sport for 19 years, including high school (four-year D1 starter at Hilliard Darby High School) and collegiate competition (University of Cincinnati) as well as coaching for the past two years. As a player, Allison received multiple local, state, and national accolades. Coach Allison brings extensive knowledge to the field with specialties in goalie and defensive play. She is excited to build the lacrosse program at Country Day and to nurture healthy, active lifestyles for local athletes. |

Dennis Coyle |
Dennis Coyle has been coaching football for 30 years and has been the head coach at Cincinnati Country Day for the past four years. Prior to coaching at CCDS he was the head coach at Savannah Country Day school for 10 seasons. Under his leadership the CCDS program has more than doubled the roster size and the program has won back-to-back MVC Gray Championships in 2021 & 2022. Coach Coyle was the MVC Coach of the Year in 2021 & 2022 and was selected the Cincinnati Enquirer Division V-VII FB Coach of the Year in 2022. He was also an assistant coach for more than a decade at St. Xavier High School and was a graduate assistant coach at the University of Michigan. Members of the CCDS FB staff will be coaching the camp including former Michigan Wolverine and Cincinnati Bengal, Leon Hall. |
AJ Froehlich |
AJ Froehlich has been coaching and teaching at Country Day for seven years. Serving as a middle school and upper school head coach, he has always focused on building a culture and community among a team and growing the game. As a player, Coach Froehlich was a first team all-state goalkeeper at Indian Hill High School and played Division I, Drexel University. In addition to coaching at CCDS, Coach Froehlich is the Cincinnati Director for True Lacrosse. True Lacrosse is a year-round club program with seven teams and more than 250 players in the Cincinnati area. Coach Froehlich enjoys working with youth and middle school players as they move up through the program. |
Theresa Hirschauer

Theresa Hirschauer brings a tradition of excellence and keen attention to detail in training future soccer champions. In her 33rd year of coaching, Coach Hirschauer has won three state championships and 15 district championships. In 2019, Hirsch was named the United Soccer Coaches of America National Coach of the Year after CCDS captured back-to-back state soccer titles. As a player, Coach Hirschauer was a College All-American at Brown University and the school’s all-time leading scorer. |
Greg Ross |
Greg Ross has been coaching at CCDS since 2002, where he has amassed more than 140 wins and four Miami Valley Conference championships. He has been named MVC Coach of the Year four times and twice has been selected to coach in the Cincinnati All-Star game. In addition to coaching at CCDS, Greg has served as a basketball camp counselor for Nike Basketball, UCLA Basketball, Bowling Green State basketball, Shining Stars AAU, Improve Camps, and the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. |
Brian Schubert |
Brian Schubert has been with the CCDS program for more than 10 years. He has coached teams to two state titles and five state final fours and has coached nine individual state champions while at CCDS. Brian was an all-conference performer on Xavier University’s first-ever NCAA tournament-qualifying men’s tennis team. He has been a speaker and panelist for USTA, USPTA, and Ohio High School Tennis Conferences and works as a full-time coach at Five Seasons Sports Club where he is the director of junior tennis. |
Kyle Scully CCDS Girls Varsity Tennis Head Coach |
Kyle is a graduate of Country Day, where she played three varsity sports all four years: basketball, tennis, and lacrosse. Kyle went on to play college tennis at DePauw University and then returned to Country Day as a teacher and coach. She has been a part of the Girls’ Varsity Tennis Program for eight years and the head coach for the past four years. Kyle has also been involved in the Girls’ Lacrosse Program at Country Day as both the assistant and head coaching capacity. |
Greg Tissot |
This is Coach Greg Tissot first year as the head baseball coach at Cincinnati Country Day School. Before joining Country Day, Greg taught and coached at Goshen High School for nine years, four years as the head coach. In 2021, Coach Tissot was named SBAAC Coach of the Year. Greg also coached baseball for three years at Milford High School. Coach Tissot graduated from Milford High School in 2004 and attended The University of Findlay, where he was a four year starter on the baseball team |
Brittany Woods |
Brittany Woods is a member of the CCDS Athletic Hall of Fame (soccer, basketball, and track) and a former all-state player for Country Day. After a stellar high school career, Woods played collegiate soccer at Gardner Webb University before returning to her Alma Mater to teach and coach. On the sidelines, Coach Woods has been instrumental in the Nighthawks capturing three state championships over the last five years. |
