We are a coeducational, college preparatory, private school in Indian Hill, Ohio serving students from 18 months to 18 years. Since 1926, we have been focused on providing innovative preparation to our students, so they are ready to achieve success in college and life.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive experience through physical activity and interscholastic play that promotes the development of the heart, the mind, and the body for all our student-athletes. Our athletic program provides each student-athlete with an opportunity to grow as a person, a teammate, and an athlete.
Giving
Country Day’s strength is rooted in its history of philanthropy. From its founding in 1926, with gifts of land to establish the campus, gifts of cash to develop the early buildings, and countless volunteer hours, Country Day has been built by the generosity of its community.

CCDSprouts Farm and Forest Camp

CCDSprouts Farm and Forest Camp
Grades 4 - 7

Our Farm and Forest Camp is designed for nature enthusiasts. This camp embraces outdoor exploration, rain or shine, providing an immersive, hands-on learning experience. This half-day camp offers an optional program extension, allowing families to create a full-day schedule for added convenience.

The camp focuses on:

Developing skills and knowledge
Fostering human-nature relationships
Teaching conservation and sustainability
Nurturing health and well-being
Building a sense of community

Activities include:

Gardening: Planting, weeding, harvesting, and food preservation
Animal care: Feeding, grooming, and learning about the animals
Forest exploration: Guided hikes, nature scavenger hunts, and learning about local flora and fauna
Market Crafts: Design, create, and prepare handmade goods for sale at the Farmers Market

The camp will culminate with a CCDS Farmers Market where the campers will showcase their work.
